Interesting. My partner isn't on bluesky, but I just forwarded those screenshots asking for some feedback if he experiences it like that. He doesn't exactly have ADHD, but something super similar - that's a fresh perspective, and there's always room for improvement in terms of "be a better partner".

Ich kontere heute mal: Migräne verlangte nach Comfy Food, also hab ich heute mal probiert, mit Instant Nudeln anzubraten. Mit einem Schuss Sojasoße und vor allem einer GUTEN Portion Chilliflocken - brauchte ich heute. Für den ersten Versuch SEHR gut gelungen, würde ich sagen, und komplett veggie.

Today was an "Time to open that pair of socks" day and this day turned out just lovely.

A simple #lifehack for ya'll, as recommended by a good friend years ago:
- Go buy a nice pair of comfy, fuzzy socks
- Do NOT open it in an instant
- Put it aside
- When you run into a bad day - have a shower, make yourself a nice cup of tea/coffee
- THEN open that fresh pair of socks

One of the things I do like about my corner of this planet: There's plenty of spaces to get delicious food from within walking distance - I never needed any app at all. At best, I call the stores to pick my stuff up a few minutes later, if I feel like it. Gladly, I guess. Sigh.
