16.02.2026 09:27 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0#EDS tip from experience. When you/they realise your low in Iron, Vit D or other vitamins (so low they are amazed your functioning) Ask about GI issues with it with EDS. Go low, go slow applies to these too.
Your body doesn't absorb them like normal people apprently ππ

Not far off! My knee has ballooned (chronic MCL sprain). Worth it. Lovely to spend time on my own with our 23 year old. He absolutely stepped up by cooking and cleaning last month whilst I was occupied elsewhere (close relative with sepsis). We both needed the decompression!
