Made some creamy cheesy polenta to go with leftovers from last nights dinner

matcha chia yogurt + shredded coconut + granola + cacao nibs

To make the yogurt mix, combine 1 cup of yogurt (I used vanilla) with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of matcha powder. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes, add toppings, and enjoy!

I do have a breadmaker that I have debated using for the kneading portion of bread recipes- baking it in the machine makes for weird loaves

OK, friends- what breads are we making? 😂 tonight, I’m attempting focaccia after a foray into bread making with the attached recipe.

Tbh the loaves end up beautiful but I always over-knead the bread 😂
