It's all a bit weird watching Brien and Sevvy on telly this season. Victory+ and The Stars seem to insist on dressing them like they're at a corporate awayday.

And it's very subdued too in that little dungeon studio.

Walked past Claire Sweeney off the telly in Soho once. She had one of those black carrier bags that you got in the Soho bongo shops.

I remember that show, loved it. Afraid I can't help locate it but will be keeping an eye out in case someone is able to.

The ciggy bloke was brilliant, had never seen anything like it before or since.

He's asking too much from Dyer here. His character is an absolutely unredeemable arsehole and there's no reason at all why his long-suffering wife would tolerate him.

And he nearly pulls it off cos DD is properly good at showing underlying vulnerability and sadness.
