It’s really good but another one that for me should have trimmed it down to make a tighter, more impactful album.

Vocals: I listen to very little instrumental (but Rýr this year…). Definitely can make or break. Like “pathos” in it. Needn’t be perfect or impressive.

That was like a weird unspoken requirement for mid 90s Christian hardcore bands to have an anti-abortion song. It’s a strange thing but I think it was a way to parallel the straight edge emphasis on animal rights but staying within conservative Christianity.

One of my faves from the year. Just stunning.
