I got hold of a copy after seeing them support Edwyn Collins a couple of weeks ago. On A Golden Shore is also excellent.

Absolutely wonderful book. A cast of beautifully drawn eccentric characters. My only complaint is it had to end.

What a lovely evening in the company of Edwyn Collins at the Festival Hall tonight. Career spanning set. Quite an emotional night really. Support, The Hanging Stars were great.
