BASH: Is this measles outbreak a consequence of the administration undermining support for vaccines?

DR OZ: I don't believe so. Secretary Kennedy has been advocating for measles vaccines

BASH: Oh, come on

A simple proposal for federal judges frustrated that Trump Regime isn’t freeing people in response to habeas corpus orders:

Order that DHS bring each individual to court for their habeas hearing. If the judge grants habeas, the petitioner walks out free.

Bonus: huge pre-hearing burden on feds.

This looks to be an extraordinary overperformance for Dems. With more than three-fourth of the vote in, the Dem leads by more than 20%.

Democrat Chasity Martinez has defeated Republican Brad Daigle in the Louisiana State House District 60 Special Election.

HELL YEAH! A Trump +12 district.

Louisiana State House District 60 Special Election

DEM: Chasity Martinez - 59%
REP: Brad Daigle - 41% 6 of 50 precincts reporting.

Trump +13 district. This is shaping up to go blue! We do not for sure, but this exactly where dems want to be and Reps do not at this point! (They are still counting)

My mom had already passed, but I really needed that at the time.

The big WOW people missed because they aren’t old yet is she wanted to add it to Medicare, not Medicaid. HUGE! Medicaid makes you spend down assets first. This didn’t, so you could still leave your house to your kids! HUGE

To be fair local FBI offices still kick ass.

Most *field agents* are competent, professional & doing real work every day. Federal FBI is a disaster right now. For sure.

I was gassed by agents yesterday after they threw canisters out of their car in a residential neighborhood. I crouched behind a snowbank, coughing chemicals up.

Demanding Support for Trump, Justice Dept. Struggles to Recruit Prosecutors

I served with the U.S. Attorneys Office in LA for almost 6 years.

It was a great office, professional and apolitical.

My heart breaks for the many hundreds of dedicated prosecutors who have been forced to leave rather than engage in unethical conduct.

But they have made the right decision.

People who don't understand the point of tbe blockades in Minneapolis not insert themselves and argue that they're pointless or that they shouldn't exist. They will exist as long as Minneapolis is under federal occupation. They help keep the community safe.

A federal court has blocked Trump’s shutdown of America's biggest critical infrastructure project - which makes sense, since he's violating legal commitments the federal government made in good faith on my watch.

BTW I am cancer free. It is gone. It didn't hurt. Chemo was mostly just boring. We are all different though. It sucks for a lot people and what stage matters and overall health matters. I was physically fit and continued exercise/fitness throughout. I had no other issues. /end

You won’t even know they killed you. You’ll just get a cancer medicine doesn’t have an answer for. I’m cancer free thanks to research that began in the 80s in rats & led to a chemo drug approved in 1998 under Clinton. Pre 1998, my cancer had poor survival. Now, if caught early, survival is ~98%. /1

It only affects them if the federal action being challenged happens in Texas.

Arrested in another state and handled entirely there is not affected.

Arrested elsewhere but detained or processed in Texas is affected while in Texas.

The arrest location by itself doesn’t matter. Texas custody does.

The panel ruling is immediately binding in TX, LA, MS. Likely next: en banc review, (poll all the 5th Circuit judges) then off to SCOTUS.

California follows the law and we work with ICE to remove violent criminals β€” not innocent families.

What we especially don't do is play politics with public safety or spread misinformation.
