Echoes Update!

No one went in there, beyond the first line of trees.

Never told her why the woods were to be avoided, no answer good enough to keep her from venturing out to see what was beyond.

It wasn't that there was anything to fear, but that those who found their way in never wished to leave.

I installed a camera to see what was going on with our water feature that kept being taken apart at night (I recently filled it with rocks with a central fountain so it wouldn’t be constantly muddy), figuring I’d see a raccoon. I hadn’t expected an all-night pool party! 😂

A fun fact about the MC of the book I’ve been working for longer than I’d like to think about: he drinks like a fish at the start of the story and carries around a lot of resentment towards certain people in his life.
