Out now in #SciTranslMed! We show non-canonical activity of AMPA receptor signaling in T cells. Oral selective noncompetitive AMPA receptor blockade ameliorates neuroinflammation by preventing T cell egress from lymph nodes and therefore may be repurposed to treat inflammatory conditions such as MS.
12.06.2025 06:05 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thank you to everyone who helped make the first European meeting of our Neuroimmune GRC a success! It was an amazing week of interesting science, lively discussions, and lovely evenings enjoying the Italian atmosphere. We look forward to our next meeting in 2027!
19.05.2025 08:00 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0In our new paper, we show that multimodal biomarkers, i.e. different major surrogates for pathology derived from MRI, OCT and blood, inform about different parts of MS disease pathology leading to clinical progression.
