Ada was never actually meant to get a book. She was mentioned in a few epigraphs in Echoes of Chaos and I couldn’t help wondering how she <spoilers sweetie 😘>

I’m getting sad that in a few weeks I may never open my Reborn in Ash scrivener project again.

Who am I kidding? I can’t leave Ada behind. She’s such a fun character, she’s getting short stories at the minimum. Eventually. I bet one will try to turn into another standalone novel though. 😂

Editing/proofreading is done. eBook formatting is mostly done, I just need to write some back matter. Tomorrow, map!

I'm getting there... Physical copies will definitely be delayed though because I need to do proofs, which needs me to finalise the covers, which needs me to format the physical books

I also completely missed my typo 😅

Husband has just finished reading Reborn in Ash for the first time since my second draft. He says the ending is really good and I did a good job. So there you go, the most important opinion in the world to me 🥰

Having unreliable health is such a PITA because even when I manage to have the confidence to try to meet up with people, I might end up cancelling and seeming flaky. Gallstones are making it impossible to go out anyway :\ Standing up tends to trigger flares. I want my surgery date already!

I don’t 😅 but I should plan something! Stuff is a bit up in the air because I’m meant to be having gallbladder surgery in the next month or two but I have no idea when.

I mostly watch anime and k/c dramas these days. Western shows tend to annoy me now.

I'm rarely able to call anything I've created good. I'm a perfectionist. But I'm actually really proud of Reborn in Ash. Is it perfect? No. Few books are. But I get chills when I read it. I only hope I can draw readers' attention to it so I can emotionally devastate them too. ❤️
