The point isn't really AI; it's that copyright laws rarely help small creators sue corporations for theft. Instead, they often TAKE work from actual creators— artists can't use characters THEY designed, because e.g Disney owns the rights to them fanwork writers + artists can get legal threats, etc.

Anyway organizations like Copyright Alliance (with member companies like fucking Disney + Adobe) do NOT have the interests of small creators in mind regardless of what they say about AI. Adobe is using it to push *their own* generative AI program trained on the mountains of stuff they 'legally' own!

A series of digital fanarts for S classes that i raised. They are based on tumblr user kkomaism's au. The first art is Han Yoojin's side profile. He is looking ahead of him, determined and series. Multiple vines crawl out of the collar of his jacket, covering his jaw with their black swirls and tiny purple flowers. Those same vines and flowers, but bigger now, are flowing out of his cape. The top of Yoojin's head is hidden behind a black veil, in it's depth there are chains hanging. Behind Han Yoojin is a warm yellow sky and a silhouette of a castle.

Han Yoojin, wearing light robes and a cloak with simple looking brooches with sun designs, is reaching into the coffin, letting black vines snake up his arm. He looks depressed, worried. Han Yoojin, now without his cloak, is laying in the coffin with a tired, determined expression. The coffin is surrounded with a white shield. Vines, blooming with flowers, make their way from all the corners of the library towards the coffin, getting inside, as if trying to cover Han Yoojin.
