Malabar beach, looking out to the ocean. Overcast/grey skies
Went for a leisurely rock scramble then walk today (4km) to keep my walk/run streak alive. Had a dip in the water at Malabar beach afterwards - now enjoying the breeze 🥰

Decided to keep my streak alive today and went for a 5km run (sub 30 mins = win!) and a 1 hour walk afterwards. Ran out (away from the car) and walked back past it so I could stretch to an hour. Started in 28C, ended in 33C! 🥰
