Have just fitted into our crazy household perfectly. Bobbles is THE most laid back daft cat ever & Misty is the boss. Both love cuddles, are crazy & comfort everybody with their fluffy purring. They are so soothing & the best thing ever.

Waits for all the comments about what a bad cat owner you are because your toddler is mauling the cats as people clearly dont get humour 😂 but exactly this. Ours were 8 weeks old when we got them. My youngest is older but has complex needs. He learnt very quickly how to handle them & the kittens

Yes! Honestly the political landscape feels very bleak at moment. Dealing with the system as I am feeling like I have another decade of constant battling to help small get an accessible education is scary/exhausting. And I always think what about the families/children who cant advocate.

In a world that is so much more overwhelming. Its not surprising more children & adults are struggling with it. Making adaptations for that seems logical to me, why wouldnt you want to?

Developed less healthy coping mechanisms but grew up feeling out of place. It was very emotional, even at home getting them ready I felt tearful & couldn't read all the labels when I was there or I would have cried. Luckily saw a friend there & the volunteers were lovely. Oddly enough didnt see anyone from County Council Education/SEND. I just hope people listen.

Ha yes, we got boy/girl siblings & the boy is the soppiest. Right from tiny he has let us carry him around like a baby. Lays in our arms with belly up all dopey. His sister wont allow that,she has to sit on our shoulder like a parrot. We do joke that she got all the brains though he is so daft.

Yes I was going to use a hot glue gun. This is kind of what I thought but its definitely going to be one of those things that takes longer & is far more fiddly than you think! Thank you.

Ok I shall check how many, i definitely have different sizes. In my head I had already thought it is one if those things that 'looks' quite simple but is probably not. I was going to use glue gun but some people suggest attaching with twisted wire? I think glue gun and tinsel to cover imperfections?

Yes thats what I will do. This is what my council say re the passes. I am not sure how legal it is to have a policy that states this. Also its very dated, aspergers 🙄 my child has complex motor, verbal tics & is pda as well & at times the demand of walking means he cant. Its not a wont, its a cant.

I was looking into disability bus passes as was told my child might be eligible. However my County Council have a policy that says autusm doesn't count. Child has other disabilities as well but I suspect we will get a no. Its on my list, but already battling re EHCP & social care support...

Mine took about 90 days, tbh I was pleased with that as when I sent it in they said it could take 140 days (20 week) so when I got the award letter I wasnt expecting it. Then had to report to UC & request back payment of carers allowance etc. Its all a nightmare to navigate.

Misty and Bobbles. Misty is in the tunnel and leaning her head out. Bobbles had been trying to get in, but she put her head on top of him and was not letting him. They snuggled together like that. The cats are both black and the tunnel is green, red, blue, pink and has yellow piping.
