I can rationally know that I just cant juggle it all but I WANT to work, I love my job. Not working is hard, & then we are bombarded with messages about being scroungers, that
08.11.2025 07:46 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Yes its this idea that you are lucky to not work, those who feel that away are assuming you have the liberty to thrn do as you please. When actually you see actually busy/overwhelmed managing your health/disability. And doing so with v limited means, often in pain, dealing with MH etc. As an adult

Ours were 8 weeks old when we got them. My youngest is older but has complex needs. He learnt very quickly how to handle them & the kittens

Our two kittens turn one this month & they absolutely the BEST thing ever for the whole family. Totally agree.

Dealing with the system as I am feeling like I have another decade of constant battling to help small get an accessible education is scary/exhausting. And I always think what about the families/children who cant advocate.
04.11.2025 12:13 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0In a world that is so much more overwhelming. Its not surprising more children & adults are struggling with it. Making adaptations for that seems logical to me, why wouldnt you want to?

Also we know so much more about child development so I struggle to understand why we dont want to look at the implications of that on education. Especially when so many are struggling.
