The other tragedy here is that as you get to those key points and need to repair a roof or replace an hvac system, you have no equity to tap to pay for those things or other improvements. Dumb.

So this is great, but the guy has been nearly silent for a year. Saying this with that level of passion after the recent election rather than every day over the last 10 months makes me see him as a frontrunner. It’s easy to stick your head out now.
