Quick supper: Cheese ravioli (gf) with homemade garden cherry tomato sauce topped with sliced basil. Quick and yummy !❤️😋🍽️🍜

Sorry, no recipe. I browned my chicken, then sautéed my veggies in the same pan and deglazed with white wine. Once the alcohol cooked off I added some cream and fresh herbs, put the chicken on top, added some cheese and baked off in the oven for about 30 min. Hope that helps !

Easy Sunday supper. Gluten free fettuccine (fresh - Trader Joe’s) with Alfredo mushroom garlic sauce. Chopped lettuce salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, sun-dried tomato flakes, olives, and a little feta. Homemade vinaigrette to go with. So yummy!❤️😋🍽️🍜

Cooked up tarragon basil chicken for the week: browned chicken over onions, garlic, artichoke hearts, and olives in an herby cream sauce and finished in the oven with some Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheese. Topped with chopped basil and parsley. We have leftover rice to serve it with. Yum!😋❤️🍜🍽️

Potato, zucchini, cheese soup

Had to use up some veggies and potatoes so made a potato, zucchini, cheese soup. I used up potatoes, zucchini, red onions, garlic, chilies and the last of the Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar cheeses. I topped it with some chopped green onions. So yummy !🥔🧅🧄🌶️🧀😋❤️🍜🍽️

We got a 17 inch cast iron skillet for our grill. It is a beast! My sweetie used it tonight to do some Louisiana smoked sausage with onions, peppers, and mushrooms. He also did some pork chops and I used the drippings to make a mustard tarragon whiskey créam gravy. Everything was great! ❤️😋🍽️🍜

Had a big pepper harvest so I made some cowboy candy! It’s mostly jalapeños but there are a few other types mixed in. All those peppers and got 1 jar (not full) out of it. I’m going to strain the leftover syrup to make bbq sauce later on. Yum!❤️😋🍽️🍜🌶️

3 large zucchinis and 1/2 onion grated and squeezed. 3 eggs, 3/4 cup flour. 1-4 cup grated carrots, 3 cloves chopped garlic and spice as you like. Fry in a pan with avacado oil til crispy. 😊
