Happened to me in a plastic chair once. I was in my early 20s then so I bounced off the ground into a triple somersault and punched the ground like Goku. If it happened now I'd probably perish haha.
For me it's an exhaustion thing. Thankfully curiosity about life balances that.
Idk if meds have had long term effects. Hopefully only the positive kind.
