Das sind zwei unterschiedliche Aussagen IMO. "Ja ist ja" _ist_ die Lösung, das ist also Schwachsinn. Allerdings, eine Zwölfjährige kann nicht Ja sagen, also wäre es _in diesem Kontext_ nicht relevant, damit hätte sie also recht.

Faustregel: wenn der Guardian schreibt, eine Serie ist gut, ist sie gut. Wenn er schreibt, sie ist schlecht, war aber früher gut, ist sie immer noch gut.

I love that they're stressing that he was a veteram and not protesting. Implying, if he never served, or worse, exercised his right to protest, he would have been kinda doing something wrong and it would have been kinda not so bad if he was arrested and held without contact for days.

Es geht nicht um _diese_ Zwölfjährige, sondern um jede Zwölfjährige und jeden Zwölfjährigen. Wer unmündig ist, kann auch keine Entscheidung über seine sexuelle Selbstbestimmung treffen, dafür gibt es nämlich das Schutzalter.

Eine Zwölfjährige kann nichtmal rechtsverbindlich allein eine Playstation kaufen. Was sie einwilligt, muss irrelevant sein und die Beweislast bei den Männern liegen, zB dass die sich ihren Schülerausweis zeigen lassen, wie alt sie wirklich ist.
