The EU's AI Action Plan is coming out today.

Last year, only 3 notable AI models were developed in Europe - all of them in France.

The AI Action Plan will seek to reverse this trend. It will be an uphill battle.

I'll be sharing some preliminary thoughts once the Plan is out.
