No new PFI in Neighbourhood Health Services | We Own It Wes Streeting: do not use a โ€œPublic Private Partnershipโ€ to finance Neighbourhood Health Centres

Did you spot it?

This government wants to use a PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP for Neighbourhood Health Centres in its 10 year NHS plan

*Even though Private Finance Initiatives mean the NHS paying up to 27 x over for hospitals*

โ€˜Worse than anything under the Toriesโ€™: changes to welfare bill anger disability campaigners Government concessions fail to appease disabled peopleโ€™s groups, concerned that disabled people in the future will be condemned to poverty

"MPs must not condemn future disabled people to the poverty and indignity these devastating planned cuts will cause.โ€

Make Great British Railways Truly Great - take action | We Own It Passengers need public ownership of rail to truly deliver for them. Here's how your MP can make sure of it.

The Railways Bill is good news for rail - BUT private companies are already lobbying govt to let them have 'an ongoing role' on the rail network.

Passengers need public ownership of rail to truly deliver for them. Here's how your MP can make sure of it.

Thames Water is back in crisis - It's time for MPs to take action | We Own It With Thames Water once again in crisis, it is time for MPs to stand up and demand a permanent fix from the government.

Thames Water's in crisis AGAIN! ๐Ÿšจ

The way to end this crisis doom-loop is public ownership. And most MPs donโ€™t know the facts about how to get this done.

Wherever you live, take 1min to email your MP - ask them to read and sign our open letter now. ๐Ÿ‘‡

This is absolutely enraging and heartbreaking.

Labour wants more people in work, yet they're cutting Access to Work payments, which supports disabled people to actually be able to go to work. Or in this case means a person who has been working for 15 years now can't.

Every minister should read this. ๐Ÿ‘‡ If the government actually cared about disabled people being in work, they would reform the chaos of Access to Work.

What a difference it makes to have a supervisor where you can speak freely, including about doubts & worries, & know you're supported. Working with people in systems is hard, it just is. Imagine if we all had access to a safe relationship, separate from line management, to help make sense of it all.

Why supervision? Because we "need somewhere to reflect, not just on our work, but on ourselves in our work. This includes how we feel, because that fundamentally affects not just our wellbeing, but how we work with others". Pereira, Z. (2025) Climbing Out of the Window: Finding Supervision.
