At my gym today, I overheard a trainer and her client briefly debating about ICE. Trainer was maybe in her 30s, client in her 80s. Trainer said she had a friend who lived here legally but was warned by her lawyer she could still be deported. Client scoffed at this, “you’re getting bad info”

I don’t understand how anyone could hear this and not just think “what a weird loser”
