Yea, pretty much what @azianperc.bsky.social said. Although our Nintendo rep was there a bit more often and gave out free swag to kids and us. All the reps ended up needing to update their kiosks/sections and take photos of it each time.

No not really. As game pass kept growing, I saw the value in it myself and saw that it benefited some customers over others and I adjusted my recommendations accordingly. The Microsoft rep we had didn't care much either, he was barely there
