ive thought about this for some games i have in concept, and a simple way to do it is to just make the enemies drop some sort of resource thats enticing enough for players to want to engage with the enemies. perhaps mining through super tough blocks requires some monster souls

im using 16bit floats to network information (cuz i have to sync every physics body) and you can actually see the floating point imprecision. so im gonna make a vertex snapping shader. my problems are become stylistic choice #indiedev #gamedev #godot
