Fact One: Mayor Mamdani wants to BUILD housing in NYC. That’s like “shave and a haircut” to Trump the Toon. Trump wants in because real estate is all he actually knows.

Fact Two: Mamdani won 51% of the NYC vote. Trump lusts after that pct.

Fact Three: Trump is still a NYer and he backed Cuomo.

That’s how it works successfully in Australia. It’s law there, and it works. Like taxes; you’re fined if you don’t and jailed if you persist in avoidance. 36% of Americans did not vote in 2024. That’s more than the 31% who voted for Harris and 33% who (allegedly) voted for Trump.
