If you are a liberal in deep blue territory, one thing you could try doing right now is figuring out how to replace your Democratic member of Congress next year. With very few exceptions, the typical safe seat Dem is not meeting the moment. Find someone who will and help them.

Same!!! My hope is that we can recreate the community built on FB on friendlier, safer spaces. ☺️

Saw someone upbraiding someone else for having a hobby while the world is on fire, and, my friends:

1. The world is ever on fire, this is today's conflagration;

2. If you don't find time for rest and joy the fire will consume you;

At what point do we file a class action lawsuit against them?

I ditched all my news publication subscriptions and traded them in for newsletters about books and writing. So far, a great change.

So many were hoping that logic and compassion would win in the end and there'd be a turn when Gen Z got to voting age, but the problem is as it's always been: misinformation meant to enrage and divide and line the pockets of those doing the rage-baiting.

But the Dems did resist those pressures in 2024. Harris ran a campaign geared toward moderates. Look where that got us.

How do the rest of us find something like this???

My block list is already getting lengthy as these sad, awful people find this place. 😂

They're miserable people who feed off getting a reaction. Report and block these clowns when you see them.
