The solution seems to be to go into each folder, touch the three dots menu, and delete the folder. The contents are put back on the Home Screen in the order they were carefully placed originally, or at least an order close to it.

Aargh! That moment when an update to your favourite podcast app @pocketcasts.com takes it upon itself to overwrite years of careful curation and sort ordering and organises your subscriptions into folders. Is there any way to undo it?

I wish Google would buy Netflix. It could attach the recommendation mechanism it uses on YouTube, which brings me more interesting stuff than I can watch in a ilfetime.

I would use the app if it was any good. On an iPad, it simply shows the phone screen, magnified. So website only for me.

Can someone direct me to instructions for making a blocklist?

Grateful if someone would explain to this newcomer the enthusiasm for the block mechanism here. I have not grasped how it is different from Twitter’s equivalent. Where do I find this option to bulk block?

I like this too but I am pessimistic about it lasting. All the platforms I have tried are nice at first but degrade with user volume. I will be pleased to be proved wrong.
