This was the last Diane Keaton movie I saw. It will never leave me. "Shocking" sounds so glib for what LOOKING FOR MR. GOODBAR accomplishes. Truly unforgettable cinema.

Nothing will be worse than watching my Dodgers lose an 18 inning Game Five with the three hour time difference tacked on for good measure.

A Cade-Levert-Ausar-Holland-Stewart lineup would be fun defensively and at least interesting offensively.

Just once, even for a moment, I’d like to be as cool as Robert Redford in this still from DOWNHILL RACER.

I like to imagine epic poems from thousands of years ago being written the same way. And there being toxic fan bases getting annoyed by what some new writer did with Krishna.

I’m in the Andor/Rebels era, alternating between them, and just reached the episodes where they dove tail. Made me appreciate more what the Andor writers accomplished, telling the story they wanted while still being part of the whole.

I’ve been doing a chronological watch of Star Wars (most of which I haven’t seen yet) as my writing breaks and I was surprised at how well it all comes together when you include the Clone Wars and Bad Batch animated series.

Scanned some more old negatives. This batch had pics of legendary actress and dancer Vyjayanthimala during a trip to DC around 1970.

(My father, a student at Catholic University at the time, drove her around.)

#scriptsky, sharing the questions I'm asking my students in my feature workshop to start the first class. These are to help them decide between story ideas.
- What's the last movie you paid to see?
- What's a movie you've seen a dozen times?
- Who is your favorite fictional character?
