A vintage porcelain aristocracy figure that I always find broken at thrift stores. This poor woman is missing an arm. I will build a fun replacement.

This male figure was the first one I did. Using parts from my various screw/nut/washer cans, I fashioned a “robotic” hand for him.

The second figure I had was missing his head. I had just recently finished painting a “brain in a jar on mechanical spider legs” figure. I removed the legs and attached the jar to the figures neck.

I finally remembered to take a “before” photo when finally starting a project. The 1st and 2nd finished piece are also below.

I didn't want to open it, but IIRC the head was stuck to the platter and couldn't move. The drive (mostly) works last I checked after some PCB trace repair.
