Our PeaceHealth APCs in WA ratified their first union contract! Through unity, they won just cause, binding arbitration, representation rights, and a labor-management committee—securing a real seat at the table to protect patient care ✊

Our hearts are heavy after the latest acts of violence and loss in Minnesota. The grief, pain, anger, and fear so many are carrying cannot be ignored. We stand in solidarity with those impacted and with every call for justice, accountability, reform, and human rights.

We organize not just for ourselves, but for our patients who rely on us every day. Because protecting our ability to use our voices at work means protecting the care our communities deserve and improving outcomes for all ✊🩺

Primary care providers at Logan Health WON their union election 🎉 It's a historic victory for patient care in Montana and our union's first unit in the state. More than 90 providers united to reclaim their voice and put patients first 💪🩺

Nearly 100 pediatric providers working at MultiCare Mary Bridge Children's hospital and its clinic locations in Washington state voted overwhelmingly to form a union with us! This is about protecting pediatric care and building a sustainable future for our youngest patients and their families 💙

Children and families deserve better in Solano County 📣 Tomorrow, doctors who care for our children will take a difficult but necessary step alongside other County workers in a two-day strike. When the County stalls, the community suffers. This is about accountability and protecting vital services.

The strike isn't just about Solano County workers, it's about Solano County residents. The people who rely on County services to meet basic needs, access care, and get support when they need it most. Understaffing has real and harmful consequences. We cannot let our community suffer. ✊

Tired. Overworked. Exhausted. Running on empty. 🫩 This is what it feels like when workers have no voice and workplace decisions are made without their input. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Workers deserve better and it’s possible with a union 👏

Thank you to everyone who attended our community town hall in Kalispell, MT. It was powerful to see patients, providers, and community members come together with a shared purpose: to build a healthcare system rooted in quality, continuity, and collaboration for the Flathead Valley 🏥💙

In solidarity with unionized workers across Solano County, UAPD physicians, psychiatrists, and dentists will be going on a two-day unfair labor practice strike. Together, we're sending the County a powerful message: they must respect workers’ rights, abide by the law, and bargain in good faith.

New year, same commitment 💪 Our fight continues as we step into 2026, we will continue to:

As 2025 comes to a close, we reflect on this past year and all that we've built together. Looking ahead to the new year, we're renewing our resolve to protect our profession and fighting for a healthcare system that puts patients first 💪

Through strategic bargaining, our members at Alameda Health System secured meaningful improvements in their new contract 👏  From strong wage increases that achieve parity for our pediatricians, improved benefits, and a more equitable compensation structure—this is solidarity in action.

Dr. Carrillo, a primary care physician in Monterey County, is this year's recipient of our Sanford A. Marcus Award 🏆 From advocating for patient-centered care to supporting the families in his community, Dr. Carrillo brings compassion and expertise into care that truly meets each patient's needs.

Through solidarity and perseverance, our providers in Sacramento County secured important protections and a stronger foundation for the care they deliver to patients. This newly ratified successor contract moves us forward and sets the tone for what comes next.

Our members in Solano County have spoken and they ALL voted to authorize a strike 👏 Cancelled bargaining sessions, rejection of pay equity, and inadequate offers left our physicians with no choice but to take a stand for fair, good faith negotiations that value their work and protect patient care.

Primary care providers are the heart of our healthcare system and they deserve a real voice 📣🩺 When we come together, we can push back against burnout, advocate for our patients, and fight for patient-centered care that prioritizes the health of our communities before profits.

Approx. 60 primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants at Logan Health clinics in Montana have came together to unionize 📣 We're proud to stand by these providers in their fight to secure the proper resources & support to provide high-quality, patient centered care.

Real change is fought for and built by those brave enough to take a stand 👏 It's not something we wait for.

As soon as the government reopened, nearly 100 NPs, PAs, and optometrists at MultiCare Mary Bridge filed to unionize 💪 They care for kids across the South Puget Sound and are reclaiming their voice for safe staffing, real resources, and continuity of care that children and their families deserve.

Recently, our providers at Unity Health Care were honored by DC Jobs With Justice for their powerful organizing work and for the unwavering advocacy of Dr. Kate Sugarman on behalf of DC Alliance! ✊
