I want to bring the people on a podcast and ask them about this decision, and others. Another crazy one? In order to close down and delete a FB group, admins have to remove every member. 1 by 1. I was asked to close down a group with 11,000 members. I don’t have time.

The big question, isn’t it?

I know some other platforms warn me that the chat I’m entering has accounts I’ve blocked. That lets me make the decision. I don’t know why they can’t force blocks in chats, too.

I once got a response that I could leave the groups, block them, then join again. I haven’t tested. If so, then what are doing with my blocked accounts when I rejoin?

I have reported this so many times. I wish I could meet with product teams to explain why this is terrible design. I’m pretty sure it’s cut for performance. I can’t think I of another semi-valid reason.

Today’s dudes were in groups I own or manage, so they lost their privileges there. 🍀

I am still frustrated that #LinkedIn requires us to leave any group we have in common with someone we need to block.

I can guess the technical reason, but I can’t phantom why product teams still want this process.

I’ve put up a lot of Halloween decorations. Already. I have some bigger things to install that technically are supposed to stay up until at least Monday.

It means I will get maybe 20 visitors, mostly teenagers, but

I only get a few young kids with parents. I think it’s because my said of the street has a greater distance between houses.
