It's been a VERY busy summer. It's nice to find time to make some new things.

I will never forget being in the theater watching Mars Attacks with my dad and he was the only one guffawing at the Corinthian leather joke.

I am now the guy in the theater laughing too loudly at jokes that require context and cognition to be perceived as funny. And my kids roll their eyes at me.

The wee one picked out a Superman backpack for school this year (a surprise to me, I guess the movie made an impact). They asked for a Krypto patch and I aim to please. Come to find out it is .1" too big for the space on the bag so it's back to the drawing board without the text to shrink it.

Whenever I need music that will never attract my attention I put on Top Hits of 1995. I have heard every song so many times none of them impact at all anymore other than a marker of how much closer I am to the urn.

Don't fret! Back my 'single father wearing a suit every day' days I absolutely had my shirts cleaned and pressed by a dry cleaning place. It saved time and that was the most precious resource at the time.
