If someone thinks AI makes beautiful things, if they think the art or prose or the movies it assembles from parts are as or more worthy of their time and attention as any human creation, I believe that you could show a dog a magic trick and it would have a clearer understanding of what it is seeing.

I made progress on all three of the things I had to do today.

If a small handful of people hold so many resources that you need to appease them and them alone in order to keep those resources in your community, as the threat is here, I think it's good to question how they came to hold so much control over necessities and take that control away from them.

I grew up with cats and I have a good rapport with cats, I respect them and get along with them, but I don't know if I'm a "cat person," sometimes I think I'm a dog person. You know? Does that make sense? Like with regards to the vibe of hanging out with a mid- to large-sized dog compared to a cat.

Today we went to the beach and it was low tide and I was in the ocean and I felt a rock embedded in the sea floor and I reached down and pulled the rock up out of the mud and instead of a rock it was a whole clam. I pulled an entire clam out of the ground by pure chance. I put the clam back but wow!

The triggers on a GCC are squishy and have a lot of press before you register an input if a game isn't explicitly designed to read the potentiometers. Some people mod them with blocks to shorten the press distance, but that's modding the core design to get a specific effect.

Diamond pads also have this problem, a fighting game I played needed Triangle > X inputs in a tight window, Square > Circle is similarly unpleasant. Here you can get A to three other buttons instead of 2, Y to X etc. The biggest GCC complaint is no Left Bumper, which hurts a bunch of games.

I haven't played it, no, The post above it caught my eye; I've just used that layout to play a couple other action games and am sharing my experiences reducing hand strain while using it. The ergonomics are a big stand-out strength of the layout, more than button importance priority.

If a game has a jump you put jump there, and if there are quick two-button sequences with an input buffer you can flick from A onto any of the other three buttons. It saves a lot of hand strain doing inputs in anything where you can jump and perform an air action.
