David Lynch was, as to so many, a profound influence on my art, life, and hair. A fellow filmmaker, one-time Washingtonian, and Eagle Scout. A truly unique voice: much imitated, never equaled. He’ll be sorely missed. I’ll never stop exploring his world.

This is my usual move both for a break from…people…and also to get a head start on cleaning so that Friday morning is less of a stare into an soul-lacerating abyss of filthiness and more of an easy sweep through rooms that glowed with happiness and good cheer but yestereve.
