Bad enough to go home after only half my shift.
Not bad enough to be able to nap.
Bad enough for 7 treatment methods.
Not bad at enough for any prescription meds.
Bad enough to not be able to do anything.

Southern and Midwest storms are joke, and this season is lasting longer than usual too.

In anticipation of this storm system, my joints are yelling. I'm at an omt appointment, so hopefully that helps a little.

The issue with this thought is that nearly all of the prescriptions are controlled substances. I am only allowed 30 days supply at a time of 4 different medications because they are controlled. There's no option to stockpile.

I have a little plea and it's this: please keep posting about things that aren't The Horrors. I am not saying to not look at or be informed about The Horrors. What I am saying—what I am genuinely kind of begging you to do—is keep posting about books and movies and sunsets and pets and joy. Please.
