I work with Medicaid in a Medicaid expansion state. Nothing in government, and especially within its endlessly complex systems, can just switch over to relying on AI for making “qualifying and requalifying” (whatever that means). Great to have ideas. How you implement them is far more complicated.

Most Americans think that most undocumented people snuck over the border to trick them, personally, when obviously the far more common experience is having your visa expire.
