And thank you to all my readers out there. You kept me going. You made it that much more meaningful to me, knowing I had people out there who read something I wrote and kept coming back for more. Without you, it wouldnโ€™t mean as much as it did.

Whether I recover my old posts to cherish as a keepsake of my journey like an old, worn journal or notโ€”it's time to move on to greater things. Stay on the look out because more is coming soon. I promise, this isn't the last you've seen of me yet.

07.08.2025 21:23 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

While I'll never get back that time now, what I do know is all the minutes and hours I spent blogging weren't wasted. It taught me many things, helped me get out of my shell, and own this part of who I am, this side I kept hidden for so long. And that is enough.

07.08.2025 21:23 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

My blog started because someone else told me I should. Even though I questioned that advice at the time, I still followed it. Many times over these last seven years, I've wondered if I should have listened, if blogging retracted from all the time I could have spent drafting manuscripts instead.

07.08.2025 21:23 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Authorship is still the ultimate pursuit, and I have so much going on behind the scenes towards that goal. I'm excited for what comes next, but I need to remember: I'm here to write and sell BOOKS, not a blog.

07.08.2025 21:23 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

I've felt for a while my blog had run its course, had served its purpose, and I needed to move on to the new things I've got lined up on the horizon. Though this is the end of my blog as we once knew it, it is not the end of my main ventures with writing.

07.08.2025 21:23 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

I've been meaning to update everyone more formally, but while everything is under renovation as I rebulid my website into something new, this will have to suffice.

07.08.2025 21:23 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

While yes, I am devastated at how over seven years of hard work could suddenly vanish with the click of a button, I am seeing this for the opportunity it is, the reminder of what my true goal always was and remains.

07.08.2025 21:23 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Well, after two days of troubleshooting and phone calls to Bluehost, what was once my website is no more. ๐Ÿงต

A Time forย Weeping I've been avoiding this for a while now, thinking I wouldn't need to take such measures. However, I've come to accept that the only way forward is to be honest with myself.

A brief update this week. Read to find out how you can support me during this time. #musings

WOMS: Where the Libraryย Hides The book opens with a dedication to the readers who have agonized over the abrupt ending of What the River Knows, and I think more authors should respect a reader's plight because darn right this is dedicated to me! Thatโ€™s rightโ€”this week, weโ€™re talking all about the epic conclusion to the historical fantasy mystery, Where the Library Hides.

It's my final #bookreview of 2024, and so obviously, I saved one of my best reads for last!
