🚶🏽‍♀️🏢 This week in Red Hook, we walked streets dominated by mega-warehouses + trucks, where ~10k NYCHA residents live + play amid diesel fumes.

Warehouses 👏 Need to 👏 Be 👏 Better 👏 Neighbors and operate with regulation. NY must adopt the #CleanDeliveriesAct to protect communities + reduce pollution.

🚚⚡NY’s e-commerce boom shouldn’t come at the cost of our health. Diesel truck traffic from mega warehouses is choking frontline communities!

With federal rollbacks on climate protections, AM Mitaynes and @sengianaris.bsky.social joined advocates today to relaunch the #CleanDeliveriesAct.

🚲 What a kickoff! On Sunday, we launched our Protected Ride Sunnyside campaign with an 8-mile ride, spotlighting existing bike lanes and the dangerous gaps that leave riders unprotected.
