Racism in schools surges with 60 children as young as age four sent home daily Campaigners say impressionable youngsters are repeating in the classroom what they hear from their parents and right-wing figures in the media

This just pisses me off so much. No kid is born hating people because of their skin colour... it's something they are taught, either directly or indirectly... usually, by people with loud mouths, no brains & an internet connection.

Dear ministers, I’m a climate crisis campaigner: nationalise me right now | George Monbiot Why have politicians outsourced the most important issue of our time to private agencies and individuals? We can’t do it all, says Guardian columnist George Monbiot

In which I request my own nationalisation.
It's ridiculous that governments leave it to the private and voluntary sectors to communicate the need for environmental action. We cannot do it alone.

The ten-month old who contracted polio after all the childhood vaccine infrastructure was destroyed by Israel is now paralysed, and will be for the rest of his life. It’s a crime against humanity.

My son is 19, Autistic, Non Verbal & has profound learning disabilities.

He cannot read or write, dress himself or use a toilet.

Today I am taking him to the Job Centre because applying for Universal Credit requires him to attend.

It’s hard to imagine anything less appropriate for his needs
