I’m really jealous of people who can run. I tried a while back and I can make it two minutes at 5mph before my entire body and lungs give out on me. Maybe I should try to incorporate it back into my workouts.

I’ve taken to searching Reddit because everything I get on a standard search is useless at best or ai at (frequent) worse. It used to be a search would bring up tons of old forum posts on a subject, but I never see that anymore. So much accumulated shared knowledge has vanished.

Either this ends with some sort of truth and reconciliation process where a very large number of people go to prison for a very long time or we will take a short pause and then start doing it again, but worse.
