I was going to add that the media are ok at giving a wider view than just the official opposition which helps but in other ways it goes overboard in that regard.

To be honest doesn't feel like a big deal to me, we give immeasurably more power to a government that could make barely a majority of the house and we don't mind that, so giving an opposition party that's not hugely representative some relatively minor powers seems ok.
