We could have peace. justice. Human rights. Universal healthcare. Universal free education. Universal basic income. community gardens, infrastructure, and public transport. Basic housing for all. We could create a reality where everyone is safe. We make the rules. We can change the rules

I can't help but think of all the times citizens have reported threats, online stalking, etc etc to the police only to be told there's nothing that can be done until something happens.

This is the remix of the same song I've been singing, but I'm tired of watching the government play in our faces.

With what is going on now, I can at least hope this too shall pass.
