The NBA and WNBA are now actively posting on Bluesky and I can't emphasize enough how important it is that we do everything possible to support these accounts, because how many followers they acquire and how much positive engagement they get will 100%, unequivocally determine how committed they are to this place AND how likely it is that other leagues & sports personalities could then come here too. These accounts aren't just big accounts, they're bridges to entire communities and the ripple effect of them succeeding here would be MASSIVE. If you want to stick a stake through Twitter's heart, this is how you do it - but remember, the NBA and WNBA don't *have* to be here and it's not a foregone conclusion this isn't anything more than a trial run. So yes, don't just follow these accounts: help promote them and positively interact w them too. Let's show them this place is worth investing in.

Two years ago today Commonwealth Court declared PA's school funding system unconstitutional, said education is a fundamental right and ordered state officials to fix the deficiencies.

Students are seeing meaningful benefits from new funding. We celebrate those...and push the state to finish the job

This is not ok.
