Jury orders NSO to pay $167 million for hacking WhatsApp users The verdict is a major victory for opponents of exploit sellers.

NSO Group has been rightly criticized for helping dictators and authoritarians spy on journalists and other members of civil society, but it hasn't stopped.

Hopefully, this multi-million verdict against them will finally get their attention.
