A very very large spider hanging upside down on its web. The spider has a yellow body and yellow and white Striped legs. A clump of brown pine needles from a loblolly pine has caught in the web, giving the scale of the spider’s web.

Plum jam Is the best jam.

I took this pic yesterday morning. It’s a little over 48 hrs since last emptied. At that point there was 2.5“ of rain in there from the previous 48hrs. It’s moist, y’all!

Wow yeah! That’s a haul! I live in a town of 6,500 people but my next closest town is 45 mins away…a blink of an eye compared to what you face!

Any YouTube videos about this issue on elnas? Does your sewing machine person work on elnas? Is there anyone else in a 50mile radius that specifically works on elnas?

Those are usually good machines.

I could try washing them again with a color catcher first…maybe mute the color a bit? Then maybe I’ll have to find some fabric to bridge the gulf between the background and the appliqué. Or rip Off the appliqué and put on natural muslin?

When my daughter was 15 I said, you can’t get your license until you repair this 1985 vw cabriolet I picked up from a junk yard, but that I’d help her. Then I had to learn how to repair cars.
