Does everyone get super nostalgic at 45 or is 2025 just a really nostalgic year?

I did a lot of illustrations of Brian during my MA course in the mid 2000s and made this giant A0 print which is now, somehow, 20 years old and has pride of place in a friends living room 🧡

I became a fan of The Beach Boys in my early 20s and quickly became obsessed with Brian Wilson. His music scratched my brain in the most satisfying way. I'm forever grateful he managed to put the magical sounds in his head onto my record player.

Will mackerel stop me feeling sad? How many jacket potatoes is too many? (I was also looking at blue zones recently in terms of what their diets consist of, what I can add to mine now that I'm out of hibernation)
