Nate Brady for CA (2028)

@natebradyforca.com.bsky.social

I know it's early. It's too late to start the run for 2026, but that doesn't mean we sit idly by and wait until the last minute for 2028. My district in CA will likely remain red, so we must start building a coalition now.

I knew Ilhan Omar's attack was staged the moment they lowered the flag behind her, her team rushed to get photographers in place, and captured her pumping her fist yelling "fight," then started selling the photos on t-shirts, flags, and truck stickers.

No notes.

They need the names of the agents that murdered their son. There’s absolutely no way the government can hide that.

They’re only in session for about 40% of the year. Some have committee work during that time. Others enjoy time off while Americans continue to suffer.

The shareholders love this. $75M to keep the President of Capitalism happy and cut $700M in jobs. Everyone will get nice big bonuses.

Meanwhile, Congress is not ready for the pain that AI will cause the working class.

for Mahmoud Khalil. And I thought that was incredible.

AIPAC does not believe in that kind of unity and it buys politicians on both sides of the aisle; just enough so that any critical issue in Congress falls their way.

That's not the type of democracy that will save us.

You will never catch me standing in front of an AIPAC lectern making up stories like some high profile candidates in the last couple of years.

It's not because I don't think both antisemitism and Islamophobia are problems.

But I watched Jewish and Muslim Americans come together and protest 1/2

Just want you to know this was under hidden replies, probably because of certain words you chose, but also because it's a nonsense reply. You know that's not what they're saying.

What's the point of making this post once a day? Is it an engagement thing? Should I do a, "Kamala Harris wasn't going to save you, only delay you," post every day for engagement? I'm not sure. We had Trump, then Biden, and then... immediately Trump again. What are we doing here folks?

Her brother is a convicted pedophile, so maybe that's why she feels so close to Trump?

You're not wrong, but I want to hear Dem leadership calling for it and forcing them to say they won't do it. At least Rand Paul is doing something on HSGAC. Judiciary, appropriations and all equivalent House committees need to be forced to say whether they will pursue investigations.

28.01.2026 20:57 β€” πŸ‘ 4    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

We're one step closer to knowing their names. Congress must demand those names if they don't already know and start sending out subpoenas immediately.

28.01.2026 20:28 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

This is the bare minimum. The Senate should immediately stop all funding for ICE and simultaneously begin aggressive oversight. We need hearings, investigations, subpoenas, and consequences. I hope Chuck can handle this.

Beware, social media Chuck isn't the same as real life Chuck. Just ask the Baileys.

"Must go" needs to be attached to any appropriations bill.

Can you imagine the gestapo murdering people in the streets and then you sitting at home being like, β€œyou know what. I think I need a Hitler-themed bank account.”

Just watched this a few months ago because someone recommended it to my wife. Can’t believe I hadn’t seen it. The mannequins-blowing-up scene sent us. A cult classic.

YouTube video by KARE 11 People are protesting outside a hotel in Maple Grove Monday night against Operation Metro Surge

I will add @denisedwheeler.bsky.social that the audio in the video you posted doesn’t match what we’re seeing and I believe I found the authentic source. youtu.be/R8J-ZWA6pRc

Yes, all of that was said in the video I linked. Except for the last thing you said, followed by the passive aggressive acknowledgement of the last thing you said. ;)

The CBS video quotes State Patrol saying they checked the volume first and didn’t use sounds or sirens. (Though a dispersal order is a sound?) I think this is further confirmation, but the severity of its use is what we’d like to know.

Pepper spraying people on the sidewalk that aren't even impeding vehicles? This is absurd. When will Congress act?

Dismantling the Department of Education was a huge mistake. Curriculum is important. But when Candace was in school, from everything I know about her, she absolutely skipped out on science classes.

Ice not melting under 32 degrees? Must be drone birds.

Is she trying to say, "Fuck ICE?"

"Each day 12 children die from gun violence in America. Another 32 are shot and injured."

All we get is thoughts and prayers.

But show up to protest masked federal agents and suddenly Trump doesn't want you to have guns.

A new era of gun legislation is necessary, but go on and cook POTUS.

27.01.2026 23:57 β€” πŸ‘ 6    πŸ” 3    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

If I were in Congress today, I would introduce a public resolution urging the VP to invoke the 25th amendment. POTUS is mentally unfit to lead.

We need leaders in Congress that can do multiple things at once and that's what we'll need to recover from this disaster.

I agree that this is what we need to do to keep the pressure on; and we have to keep the pressure on Congress, because these people will be replaced by more sycophants. Tom Homan going into MN instead of Bovino certainly isn't a win.

This is one of the many reasons I will be running for Congress in the next cycle; too many representatives are failing us because they lack both a spine and a basic understanding of the tech we use every day.

27.01.2026 20:19 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Congress needs to act to explicitly ban federal officials from coercing moderation decisions. If the government wants content removed, it should need a court order, due process, and public records. Shadow moderation from this admin is a violation of our first amendment rights.

27.01.2026 20:18 β€” πŸ‘ 3    πŸ” 2    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

This is the minimum. Being held accountable is extremely important because Trump will just replace her with another sycophant to appease the spineless Dems in Congress; who will then likely allow DHS funding to proceed.

27.01.2026 19:50 β€” πŸ‘ 3    πŸ” 1    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

This is the bare minimum, but is meaningless if Trump replaces her with another deranged sycophant while the Democrats allow funding to proceed.

When we see them at airports questioning Americans departing; and I don't think we're far from that.
