This is a really powerful read. I confess I've used this word in the past, without a full understanding of the depth of its meaning. I'm happy to have given it up before today.

Someone ruined Harry Potter for me today. Each wizard in England buys one wand from Olivander before joining Hogwarts for between 1 and 10 galleons. A galleon is worth £10. There are about 30 wizards in each year at Hogwart's. So Olivander's turnover is £300-£3000 P/A. How does he even pay his rent?
