You know who lives in these new suburbs? First and second generation immigrants who can feel the contempt from the Coalition and One Nation but wonder why they're taken for granted by Labor.

When a few by-elections and elections show how soft the polling numbers for One Nation are.
When the mainstream press tires of platforming Hansen's views and give equal time and weight to people who can refute them. With facts, even.

Everything is quite awful so here are some fab moustachioed gentlemen on a poster advertising their thunderously prancing a la LoΓ―e Fuller's serpentine act and Gaiety Girls skirt dances.

It would be hugely amusing and satisfying if the polls which have been blowing up everyone's skirts are proven wrong at the next couple of elections.

You can not take citizenship from an Australian citizen. The high court has made it clear. If you are Australian, you are allowed entry into Australia. Doesn’t mean authorities won’t follow up or monitor you, but short of a complete border closure, you can’t be denied entry.

Media hyperbole about the Victorian Government, since the great Dan Andrews unhinging, undermines actual government accountability.

The CFMEU has cost Victorian taxpayers $15bn, a corruption fighter claims. How did he reach that figure and what happens next? Premier Jacinta Allan labelled report’s allegations β€˜sickening’ and now faces calls for a royal commission

Good work by The Guardian here investigating the claim that CFMEU corruption cost Victorian taxpayers $15 billion. TL;DR it’s likely exaggerated - global factors likely explain much of the construction cost overruns happening in the immediate post-COVID era. www.theguardian.com/australia-ne...
