As far as I can see, the insult "pussy" comes from the word pusillanimous, meaning weak and feeble. Which is how the insult is used. The offensive part is calling a vagina a pussy, not calling a pussy a pussy. As you stated, vaginas are no pussies.

You buried the lede. Most Democrats are weak and inept compared to this guy fighting against fascism. Purity tests about past podcast guests and shit is irrelevant in this moment. We need to show the party which type of leaders and tactics we want right now.

It's not juvenile. It's a standard feature for a voluntarily-used app. Most people would say it's not healthy to have strangers drive-by your replies and insult you or be the loudmouth at the end of the bar. It's the opposite of "juvenile" to want to avoid that. Life is short- block all you want.

People complaining about being blocked always leave out the part of the story where they were being a total dick in someone's replies.

Not necessarily discouraged. But the thrust of math curriculum should not be memorization. It's number sense and understanding relationship. When the guy says "ok. It's double of 36," that is a more important instinct than memorization of math facts.

I'll take a student who understands the concept of breaking down a multiplication problem into smaller pieces, over one who memorized times tables, any day. Everyone has a calculator in their pocket these days. People also forget that memorizing math facts is hard for some people with SLD.

Lots and lots of able-bodied people are on Medicaid. And that's okay because Medicaid is largely about income level, not just disability.
