Rural person here: We lost our 20 yo ranch hand because our regional hospital is level 3, and needed to be transported by air. Unfortunately, the fog was so heavy that day, the helicopter couldn't take off (or land). He crashed 3x in the 1.5 hours they were stuck there. Then his body gave up.
