There’s a flavor to time, like how each house has a smell. Sometimes I’ll listen to a ubiquitous song I’ve never liked, and it will scratch the right neuron where I can feel the background of a long-lost year.

How is that? I kinda want to get some of both to try it.

The whole law was basically to block PornHub, but PornHub decided the language didn’t apply and didn’t self-block like it did in other states. But Bluesky still requires verification for DMs. This is what I see without it.

My brother and I have very different circles that also overlap in a lot of ways, and it sometimes feels more than a little were the Frasier and Niles of a small slice of Columbus (I am obviously the Niles).

It’s the thing that keeps me in Columbus. I am by nature a homebody, but between school, local internet (especially the old @colsunderground.bsky.social forums and Columbus Twitter), plus friends I met through comics and friends of friends, I have this wonderful web of offline friends.

I have other friends, one very close, I’ve known since I was a toddler, who went to Fort Hayes (kind of our sister school) or East, my 9th grade school.

I like being a townie. We all moved away, but a lot of us moved back and reconnected (or met through mutual friends) in our late 20s and 30s.

Oh nice! I’d like to get back over there before the building closes. Though it’s time. From what I could tell it hadn’t been updated since at least my time.
